What is your Returns Policy?
ACQ
products may be returned for up to 3 days from the date
received for a full refund of the original purchase
price, less shipping and handling. The item must
be returned in its original state with all packaging in
tact. The item purchased with a credit card,
we will issue a credit for your purchase within 5 business
days of the receipt of returned merchandise. The amount
credited to your card will be for merchandise less the
cost of shipping and handling. For purchases made with
cash, cheques, and money orders, refunds will be issued
within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise less
the cost of shipping and handling.
Strictly No refund on CDROM products
unless it is a manufacturer fault.
We hope you understand any disk being CDROM or DVD can
be copied immediately once opened. Therefore to protect
the designers/copyright owner's of the CDROM No exchange
or refund can be given. Please note: CD packages carry
notification stating "Opening this CD indicates your
acceptance of the agreement that all artwork is
copyright. The purchase of this CD gives you the right
to use artwork for personal use only. CD is not
refundable once opened."
What is your Exchange Policy?
If your shipment from ACQ
includes an incorrect item or an item that is defective,
you may return it to us within
3 days of receipt of goods, and we will replace
it at no cost to you. We can only make exchanges for the
exact item you ordered; we can not exchange one product
for another. You may exchange items directly purchased
from us through either our website or via post. Please
note: If you did not purchase directly through ACQ,
please contact your retailer to make arrangements.
How do I Return
something for and Exchange or Refund?
The purchased product
must be returned to ACQ in the original packaging with
goods enclosed. Once we have received and
processed the items that you return, to put your mind at
ease we will notify you by email confirming your refund
or exchange is in process.
If you are returning
an item for a refund you can expect to receive your
refund within 21
business days of our receipt of your
return. If purchase was made
by credit card we will credit your card promptly. All
other refunds will be made via EFT, Mail Order or
ACQ company cheque in AUD funds or by
EFT for International orders.
Returning an incorrect or
defective item for an exchange, the replacement will be
shipped to you at no
expense, via Australia Post. If the replacement
item is not in stock, we will inform you when it
is expected to be available and post upon arrival of
goods.
Should the item be discontinued and no longer available
no refund can be given.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes so our users
are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances,
if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable
information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected,
we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether
or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information
in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. |
